At last eden berjaya membeli camera baru and i'm really happy sebab dapat benda yang dihajat sekian lama. Be4 nak beli camera nie eden ada buat few comparison dengan jenama-jenama lain. It takes me about a month before i decide nak beli this camera. On top of that eden ada la baca magazine about camera. So bila dah ada sedikit ilmu and after the comparison eden pun beli la this camera......... tapi tak boleh nak tandingi Mrs Janssens kita punya camera beb.......dah tengok tapi tak mampu la beb mahal giler. Filem Pirates of Carribean At World's End

Eden dah pun pi tengok filem nie hari Sabtu lepas with my sis and bro. Kami pi tengok kat the Curve show 11pm. Untuk tiket filem nie eden dah pun beli awal lagi, eden pi beli hari khamis and suprisingly tiket untuk hari Jumaat, Sabtu and Ahad fully booked and eden manage beli tiket untuk Sabtu but dari segi setting eden kena dok agak depan jugak la dgn skrin. Tapi sebab dah minat and my sis pun sanggup nak balik from Melaka walaupun dia dah nak final exam.......tapi segala kerana Pirate. Eden tak boleh nak komen pasal cerita nie coz I really into this movie tapi cuma satu if minat giler and memang ikut from awai eden boleh kata kan pi la tengok coz its worth to see and enjoy the movie.

TO ALL THE THOSE WHO WERE BORN IN THE 50's and 60's / early 70s

First, we survived with mothers who had no maids. They cooked /cleaned while taking care of us at the same time.

They took aspirin, candies floss,fizzy drinks, shaved ice with syrups and diabetes were rare. Salt added to Pepsi or Coke was remedy for fever.

We had no childproof lids on medicine bottles, doors or cabinets and when we rode our bikes, we had no helmets, not to mention

As children, we would ride with our parents on bicycles/ motorcycles for 2 or 3.

Richer ones in cars with no seat belts or air bags.

Riding in the back of a private taxi was a special treat.

We drank water from the tap and NOT from a bottle.

We would spend hours on the fields under bright sunlight flying our kites, without worrying about the UV ray which never seem to affect us.

We go to jungle to catch spiders without worries of Aedes mosquitoes.

With mere 5 pebbles (stones) would be a endless game. With a ball (tennis ball best) we boys would ran like crazy for hours.

We catch guppy in drains / canals and when it rain we swim there.

We shared one soft drink with four friends, from one bottle and NO ONE actually worry about being unhygenic.

We ate salty, very sweet & oily food, candies, bread and real butter and drank very sweet soft sweet coffee/ tea, ice kacang, but we weren't overweight because......

WE WERE ALWAYS OUTSIDE PLAYING!!

We would leave home in the morning and play all day, till streetlights came on.

No one was able to reach us all day. And we were O.K.

We would spend hours repairing our old bicycles and wooden scooters out of scraps and then ride down the hill, only to find out we forgot the brakes. After running into the bushes a few times, we learned to solve the problem .

We did not have Playstations, Nintendo's, X-boxes, multiple channels on cable TV, DVD movies, no surround sound, no phones, no personal computers, no Internet.WE HAD FRIENDS and we went outside and found them!

We fell out of trees, got cut, broke bones and teeth and we still continued the stunts.

We were never birthdays parties till we are 21.

We rode bikes or walked to a friend's house and just yelled for them!

The idea of a parent bailing us out if we broke the law was unheard of. They actually sided with the law!

Yet this generation has produced some of the best risk-takers, problem solvers and inventors ever!

The past 40years have been an explosion of innovation and new ideas.

We had freedom, failure, success and responsibility, and we learned

HOW TO

DEAL WITH IT ALL!

And YOU are one of them!

CONGRATULATIONS!

You might want to share this with others who have had the luck to grow up as kids, before the government regulated our lives for our own good.

and while you are at it, forward it to your kids so they will know how brave their parents were.

Eden nak mengucapkan Happy Mothers Day especially to my Mom (walaupun eden tau dia tak akan buka this blog). mOOsh and Sandra happy mothers day......And to all mother in this world Happy Mothers Day.......... Bagi yang dah pun jadi isteri tapi belum mempunyai anak eden nak mengucapkan "bravo" sebab berjaya menjadi isteri yang soleh......."work hard for the baby"(Yus and Lina and Parames).......For single lady (me & along) "work hard utk dapat jodoh"

Sentul West - Ikan Koi

Sentul West nie salah satu daripada projek YTL, tak lama lagi tempat nie akan bertukar wajah daripada bekas/tapak keretapi kepada projek perumahan mewah.......tapi sebelum projek perumahan mewah nie naik YTL dah come out with a idea where they open Sentul Park Koi Centre over here, plus ada Japanese Restaurant. Tempat nie jugak ada art centre (mcm college la). Idea nie memang idea yang baguih sebab boleh di katakan macam projek perumahan dalam kawasan taman....... Entrance nak masuk taman nie free (kalau bayaq tak ramai ler yg masuk). Sebelum sampai kat Koi Centre nie kita akan nampak satu bangunan lama (bekas milik keretapi tanah melayu) bangunan nie macam pejabat pun ada, macam rumah pun ada......tapi bagi eden la bangunan nie memang cantik tapi yang masalahnya kita tidak di benarkan mengambil gambar if nak ambik gambar kita kena mintak permission kat front office. So apalagi eden curi-curi la ambik gambar bangunan nie (he.. he.. he.. kalau kena tangkap sia-sia aje). Once eden sampai aje kat Koi Park nie excited nya sukar nak di gambarkan sebab tengok ikan dalam kolam nie besaq-besaq semuanya. Rasa geram tengok ikan-ikan nie. Kat Koi Centre nie ada tempat rawatan, ada tempat membela ikan-ikan koi yang masih baby and paling penting sekali kita boleh beli ikan nie and bela kat rumah. We just spent time lebih kurang 45 minutes aje sebab we rushing for something else but one thing yang eden pasti akan datang balik kat Koi Centre nie sebab tempat nie kita boleh lepak sambil membaca buku........nie tak macam KLCC Park sebab KLCC Park ramai sangat orang......but this Park tak ramai and secara tak langsung tak bising and boleh la kita tenang membaca buku.

Berkelah di Sungai Klah Hot Springs

Sungai Klah located dekat Sungkai (Perak), from Teluk Intan it takes about 1 hour 15 minutes...... Actually tempat nie eden tahu kewujudannya bila eden ada terbaca mengenai tempat nie dalam magazine LIBUR. Tapi masa tu tak berapa nak ambik pot sangat sebab ialah jauh from KL. So baru-baru nie bila balik ke Teluk Intan, mak eden sibuk nak pi tempat nie rasa tak sampai hati pulak kalau tak bawak dia......almaklum la adik-adik eden (lelaki) mana ada kereta depa dok ke hulu ke hilir dengan motor.......nak harap bapak eden jangan nak harap ler......... So eden pun decide nak pi la......biasa la if nak pi berkelah mak eden akan masak-masak sikit ler. So that fine morning kami pun bertolak ler ke Sungkai......kami 3 orang aje this time without any guys (macam nak sambut hari wanita aje). Well bila sampai aje sana eden tak sangka pulak tempat nie ramai orang and tak sangka langsung tempat nie mendapat sambutan orang ramai......tempat parking penuh dengan kereta, bas-bas persiaran...... Well furthermore masa eden pi pun memang masa cuti. But I'm really suprise sebab eden ingatkan tempat nie tak ramai yang tahu almaklum la sebab tak banyak sangat publisiti mengenai tempat nie. Entrance kita kena bayar RM8 untuk dewasa and if we pay this price than kita boleh mandi dekat kolam air panas (semulajadi tau) and air sejuk (dari gunung) ...... but if we pay RM5 than cuma untuk satu kolam aje ler. Well we really enjoy sebab most important coz will still have the oppurtunity nak lepak bersama...... daughthers and mom. Henna

Henna biasanya di pakai during festival or wedding......but that day me and my sis saja gatal-gatal pakai henna tapi kami pakai pun sebelah tangan aje. Kebetulan masa balik Teluk Intan hari tu kat sana ada perayaan yang di sambut oleh kaum Hindu (i'm not really sure perayaan apa). So kat sana ada macam gerai menjual la ada 259 buah kedai and eden tak cover pun semua kedai cuma separuh aje.....masa dok meninjau-ninjau kedai tu masa tu la kami nampak kedai yang memberi khidmat untuk memakai henna dengan harga cuma RM5 untuk sebelah tangan and we can choose the design. Maka apa lagi kami adik beradik pun pakai ler sebelah tangan and hasilnya.......
